I. Demeure Conseil is for private owners who wish to maintain, restore, and enhance the heritage of their historical buildings:
The owners of monuments to be protected as historical monuments (categorized or registered)
The owners of private monuments – classified or registered
The owners of monuments located in the vicinity of a filed or registered historical monument
The owners of unprotected monuments visible from the public road, who would like to apply for a classification from the Fondation du Patrimoine
